Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Mixed reports: several guests praised spotless and very clean rooms, but a notable report of stagnant water, damp carpets and an awful smell in one room lowered the score.

Service

Generally very positive: multiple mentions of lovely, attentive and polite staff; friendly reception and helpful teams. A few isolated negative notes (inflexibility about a breakfast discount, unapologetic response to noise) but majority praise supports a high rating.

Location

Frequently praised as convenient and well located (close to events, city centre and parks). Some guests noted traffic noise or a slightly rough surrounding area, but location is overall a strong positive.

Room Quality

Rooms described as very comfortable with large, comfy beds and clean/comfortable finishes. A few issues reported (AC regulation problem, occasional smell) but most comments highlight good room quality.

Amenities

Good amenities noted: spa, fitness centre, parking and pet acceptance. Minor negatives: small pool for the price, no residents' bar after midnight for some stays.

Value for Money

Several guests found the hotel pricey for what they received (one guest paid over €600 and felt poor value due to noise and lack of sleep); others accepted the cost for comfort. Overall value scores below the target.

Stunning Views of Dublin City:

Enjoy breathtaking views of Dublin city and Phoenix Park from Hilton Dublin Kilmainham, conveniently located near the city centre and Heuston Intercity Railway Station.

Luxurious Amenities:

Indulge in the Living Well gym, hydrotherapy pool, sauna, and hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Stay connected with free high-speed internet and unwind in front of plasma TVs in every room.
